You’ll pick your plan, enter your details, and you’re done. You pay for the internet package you choose, plus taxes and fees. That’s it.

Installation is free, your router is included, and if your home needs extra coverage, our technician will handle it during install.

Here’s how to place an order at Race, step by step.

Step 1: Check service availability

Visit Race homepage and click “Shop Race Fiber” or go directly to the order page.

If applicable, select “This is a business address” under the address checker.

Check the availability of our services by entering your address in the search bar. There are three possible outcomes: 

1. If service is available, the order will say Good news! Race is available at your address. You can proceed by clicking the button “Build My Plan”.

2. If service is available soon, the order will say Race is coming soon in your area. You can get the latest updates on your community by filling out our contact form.

3. If you can’t find your address, click on “My address is not shown“. You’ll be redirected to an Inquiry Form where you can leave your contact information.

Step 2: Choose your internet plan 

Race Communications offers four fiber internet plans, each tailored to different speeds and household needs:

• 10 Gigabit Internet – $120/mo

• Gigabit Internet – $59.95/mo (Most popular)

• Internet 500 – $49.95/mo

• Internet 300 – $35/mo

This is where you can compare all available plans side by side, including details on speed, pricing, current promotions, and features.

Each plan also includes a Broadband Facts label, a standardized chart that gives you a transparent overview of:

• Typical upload/download speeds

• Pricing breakdowns (intro rate, standard rate)

• Latency

• Equipment details

• Terms and fees (like the $9.95/month Tech Assure Fee)

Step 3: Equipment and setup

Every Race Communications internet plan includes a managed Wi-Fi 6 router to deliver fast, reliable coverage throughout your home.

For larger spaces, you may benefit from mesh Wi-Fi units, which extend your signal and reduce dead zones. During installation, a Race technician will run a heat mapping test to assess your home’s Wi-Fi coverage.

If needed, they’ll recommend adding mesh units to your home.

Step 4: Add home phone

Want home phone service? Choose the Unlimited Phone package for $10/mo. It includes:

• Unlimited calling in North America

• Spam call blocking

• Optional number porting

If you don’t want home phone services, simply click “Next” in the bottom right corner.

Step 5: Contact information

Provide your name, email, and phone number so we can process and confirm your order. Then, click on “Continue to PIN.”

This is also where you’ll see your order summary, with monthly charges and one-time purchases.

Step 6: Create your account verification PIN

Set a 4-digit PIN for secure communication with Race representatives regarding your account.

Then, click “Continue to Payment.”

Step 7: Add payment info

Choose your preferred payment method: Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account. You’ll only be charged after your service is installed. You can also:

• Confirm billing address

• Opt-in to email invoices

• Agree to Race’s Subscriber Agreement

Once confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation number and email summary.
